25+ years of fiber in the Pacific Northwest
SilverStar Internet is a Vancouver, WA-based fiber internet provider trusted by households, businesses, and government agencies across Oregon and Washington.
Our story
We build the network, then we answer the phone
For more than 25 years, our engineers have designed, built, and operated the fiber that businesses, government agencies, and households across the Pacific Northwest depend on, from a single home connection to dedicated circuits and private transport across a dozen sites.
We're based in Vancouver, Washington, and serve communities across Oregon and Washington. Through wholesale and NNI agreements with carrier partners, our reach extends well beyond the region, giving multi-site customers a national footprint when they need one.
What sets us apart is that we own the path. Our engineers work hands-on with Cisco, Juniper, Ciena, Adtran, and Calix, and because the network is ours, the person who answers your call can see the fiber running to your address instead of opening a ticket with somebody else.

Frequently asked questions
- Where is SilverStar Internet located?
- We're headquartered in Vancouver, Washington. Business fiber and Ethernet reach 100+ communities across Oregon and Washington, and residential fiber serves communities in Southwest Washington and along the coast.
- What does SilverStar Internet do?
- We engineer, deliver, and support internet connectivity: home fiber internet with managed WiFi, Dedicated Internet Access for business, private Metro Ethernet between sites, and LTE/5G wireless failover.
- Do you own your network or resell someone else's?
- We engineer and operate the fiber path ourselves, which is why the person who answers your call can see the circuit to your address. Through wholesale and NNI agreements with carrier partners, we can also extend reach for multi-site customers beyond our own footprint.
- Which network platforms do you work with?
- Our engineers work hands-on with Cisco, Juniper, Ciena, Adtran, and Calix, choosing the right platform for each circuit rather than forcing every site onto one box.
- How is SilverStar different from a national ISP?
- Depth and locality. The engineers who design your circuit are the same people who answer the phone, backed by 25+ years of building networks in this region. There's no tier-one script between you and someone who can actually see your connection.
